Fun Fact Dia is well known for being one of the worst footballers to ever grace the Premiership. He secured a one-month contract from Graeme Souness at Southampton after getting a friend to impersonate George Weah and provide a glowing and entirely false reference for Dia. He played 53 minutes for Southampton against Leeds after coming on for an injured Matt Le Tissier. Le Tissier can be seen recounting the saga in this video.
